Market & Strategic Intelligence + Content Design & Implementation + Agile Programs

I am seeking an opportunity that utilizes my recent work in market intelligence and analytics, marketing research, and project management to tell compelling stories across multiple mediums.

I am searching for a new job in my field while continuing my contract work in market analytics and content creation and supporting go-to market workflows. I lead business planning, improved data reporting, create compelling content, and make project management more efficient using agile methods. I research, write, and produce compelling stories to aid organizations at going to market with confident, original content built to grow their books of business.
During my 3 years as a BI Analyst / Power BI Developer and Business Planning project manager, I consolidated core performance reporting and created a custom project management information system to reduce process and increase focus and business plan success by 30% year over year.
**NEW** Primary tools: Google Office, AI Studio, Gemini, Perplexity, and a host of most current generative and analytics platforms.
Historical Primary tools: Microsoft Office suite integrating Power BI, Excel, PowerApps, and Teams
Metrics & Measures: Financial performance suite KPIs, Cx suite from OSAT to NPS, recall and A/B, DC and MaxDiff conjoint, segmentation, and geospatial analysis
Project management information systems: Project for Teams, Jira, Smartsheets, Adobe Workfront, Airtable, Workboard, Monday.com, Slack, and custom builds
In the 2010s, I moved into program management, working closely with executives, using geospatial analytics and lean agile planning, and guiding teams through strategic planning.
At the beginning of the decade, I took a national survey with no feedback loop and started a B2B + B2C Voice of the Customer program, support system, and relevant metrics that is a cornerstone of executive decision-marking today.
As Senior Market Research Analyst, corralling relevant data at the right time, right speed, with the right people created trusted partnerships.
When separate reports, datasets, and methods were bouncing executives across platforms and pages to make one decision: consolidating this data into a geographic visual for 1 group conversation expedited a budgetary investment process from 3 weeks to 3 days.
During the 2000s, I became skilled at client services, managing agency projects, direct sourcing, and using different marketing research methods, as well as designing websites for small businesses.
I started my career in market research, doing national advertising studies for Fortune 500 companies in agency and research supplier roles. I cut my teeth in the national advertising research realm testing TV shows and commercials to gauge effectiveness, predictive analytics, and product quality management which aided major brands fine tune their product strategy and effectively allocate their media spend budgets.
